Tour Includes:
  • Guided and immersive tour of our 100% grain-to-glass distillery. We will take you through our entire process and educate you on what it takes to craft an exemplary spirit.
  • Private tasting of five (5) Ethanology spirits. An Ethanology family member will take you on a deep dive into each spirt. We will cover ester and congener characteristics, mouthfeel, palate, and olfactory identifiers, and the molecular compounds that attribute to these flavor and aroma profiles.
  • 8 People are limited to this tour to ensure an intimate, unique, and educational experience.​
  • Tour includes a brass Ethanology pin as a memento.
