Tour Includes:
  • Guided and immersive tour of our grain-to-glass distillery.  We will take you though our entire process and educate you on what it takes to craft an exemplary spirit, handcrafted in Elk Rapids Michigan. 
  • Private barrel room tasting of four (4) EThaNOLO¿Y spirits.  Our Ethanol¿ist's will take a deep dive into each spirt. We will cover ester & congener characteristics, mouthfeel, palate and olfactory identifiers and the molecular compounds that attribute to these flavor and aroma profiles.  Then we will take you through the EThaNOLO¿Y flavor wheel. This proprietary wheel will help you identify the individual molecule that attributes to the character of our spirits, and educate you on how those characteristics are created.
  • 12 People are limited to this tour to ensure an intimate, unique and educational experience.
