Style: Boulevardier
Glass: Rocks
Tools: Cocktail Spoon, one Large Ice Cube or good ice.
Spirit: 1.25oz Ethanology Mel & 1.0oz Campari, 1oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth.
Technique: Build in glass over a large ice cube. Add Mel, Campari and sweet vermouth. Stir 30 revolutions.
Garnish: Orange Peel. Express over glass and rim before twisting and placing in glass or horizontal over top. Enjoy.
Description: An ¿ quality Boulevardier, with a Northern Michigan twist, slightly bitter, robust yet balanced.

Style: Old Fashioned
Glass: Rocks
Tools: Cocktail Spoon, good ice.
Spirit: 2-2.25oz Ethanology Mel®.
Tinctures, Bitters & Additives:
- 1/3 Orange Slice
- 1 - Luxardo Cherry.
- 1 bar spoon of Luxardo Cherry Syrup (from jar).
- 2 dashes or 1 full dropper of aromatic bitters.
- 1/2 tsp Turbano Sugar
- 1/2oz Fresh Pressed OJ.
Technique: Build in glass. Add Mel, orange slice, sugar, bitters, Luxardo cherry, bar spoon of Luxardo syrup. Lightly muddle orange rind only (no meat) with smooth end of muddler, and sugar until sugar is two-thirds dissolved, then stir until ingredients are integrated. Add ice. Pour 2.25oz Mel® over ice and stir 30 revolutions. Top with ice.
Garnish: Orange Peel. Express over glass and rim before twisting and placing in glass or horizontal over top.

Style: Martini
Glass: Martini (chill glass before in fridge or freezer)
Tools: Cocktail spoon, Japanese Mixing Glass, mesh strainer and good ice.
Spirits: 3oz Siligo® Vodka, 1/2oz Amarum Pirum Liqueur, 1/4oz Mediterranean Olive Brine.
Tinctures, Bitters & Additives: 1 Squirt Herb De Provence Tincture.
Technique: Stir 30 revolutions strain into Martini glass.
Garnish: Skewer w/ 2 herb de Provence infused Chèvre stuffed olives, 5 drops herb HDP oil on top.

Style: Spritz
Glass: Collins or Wine
Tools: Cocktail Spoon. Good Ice.
Spirit: 3oz Amarum Pirum™ Liqueur, 3oz Mawby Green, splash of grapefruit.
Technique: Build in glass. Full glass with ice. Add Amarum Pirum™, Mawby Green and grapefruit to glass. Stir.
Garnish: Thin grapefruit slice on inside of glass

Style: Negroni
Glass: Rocks
Tools: Japanese mixing glass, Cocktail Spoon, and one Large Ice Cube (if possible).
Spirit: 1.5oz Ethanology Bruma Gin & 1.5 oz Campari, 1/2 oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth.
Technique: Build in Japanese mixing glass, add Bruma Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. Stir 30 revolutions. Julep strain into glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish: Orange Peel. Express over glass and rim before twisting and placing in glass. Enjoy.
Description: A Little sweet. A Little bitter. An authentic Up North Negroni with a lot of balance.

Spirit: 2-2.25oz Ethanology Bruma® Barrel Aged Gin.
Tinctures, Bitters & Additives:
- 1/3 Orange Slice
- 1/2oz Local Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes or 1 full dropper of aromatic bitters.
- 1/3oz Fresh Pressed OJ.
Technique: Build in glass. Add Bruma BG, orange slice, maple syrup, bitters. Lightly muddle orange rind only (no meat) with smooth end of muddler, and sugar until sugar is two-thirds dissolved, then stir until ingredients are integrated. Add ice. Pour 2.25oz Bruma BG over ice and stir 30 revolutions. Top with ice.
Garnish: Orange rose (two peels wrapped around each other) w/maple drizzle.
Description: A new wrinkle on a maple syrup old fashioned. Perfectly fall.

Style: Manhattan
Glass: Chilled Coupe with angostura bitter rinse; 1-2 dashes, rotated to coat the inside of the glass.
In Japanese mixing glass add:
- 1 bar spoon of Luxardo syrup
- 1oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth (or similar sweet vermouth)
- 2oz Ethanology Mel® (Old Fashioned pour)
- 2-3 dashes on aromatic bitters
Stir w/good ice in Japanese mixing glass. 30 Revolutions. Double strain into glass.
Served up (no ice) in a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish: Lemon peal, or Luxardo cherry w/ skewer.
