Ethanolo¿y invites you to roll up your sleeves and learn the art of distillation, while naming the barrel that spirit will call home.  From grain selection, milling, mashing, fermentation, distillation, maturation, and bottling- you will be exposed to the entire process.  In the end you will choose the name that will adorn your barrel inside our Spirit House, and that name will be brass plated on your cask.
