Born from the fields of our region. Developed to redefine what a world class spirit could be.


A specific sequence, and series of events led to the creation of our first ever Black Label Mel® spirit. An unintended consequence of a multitude of variables, and a touch of kismet, have brought this single barrel to life.


A spirit that is singular in nature. An aromatic constitution of linden honey, banana flan, and beeswax is bound with delicate resinous smoke. A procession of silky flavor follows with cedar and toasted almond, leading to pawpaw and a long torched sugar finish.
