Honey develops a spirit that is rich, balanced and savory. Banana and pear notes assault your olfactory while pronounced honey lets you down sweetly. The palate lends a silky smooth mouth feel, rounded off with rich caramel, cherry blossom and clearly defined honey.


We paired up with Backwoods Specialties in Acme, Michigan to build us a beautiful custom pine gift crate, added Jack Rudy Aromatic bitters, the original maraschino cherry (and the best), Luxardo and our locally famous Mel Fashioned cocktail recipe card for a turn key gift that is sure to impress. All you need is an orange, a rocks glass, some turbinado sugar and you are prepared to make an Ethanolo¿y Mel Fashioned in the comfort of your home.
