Tour Includes:
- Guided and immersive tour of 100% our grain-to-glass distillery. We will take you though our entire process and educate you on what it takes to craft an exemplary spirit, handcrafted in Elk Rapids Michigan.
- Private tasting of five (5) EThaNOLO¿Y spirits. Our Ethanol¿ist's will take a deep dive into each spirt. We will cover ester and congener characteristics, mouthfeel, palate and olfactory identifiers and the molecular compounds that attribute to these flavor and aroma profiles.
- Tours take approximately 45min-1hr
- Tours include a Ethanolo¿y brass pin momento.
