Distillers notes:

This 8 year expression is a more refined and well-integrated expression of the Birobur line. It begins with an overtly fragrant and heady violet, grape sweet-tart, and sherry nose. This transitions to classic bourbon flavor accentuated with honey rock melon, spice shop, and crème soda. A viscous body lends to prolonged enjoyment with a warm and subtly tannic finish.

  • Barrel #1 is LIMITED TO 2 BOTTLES PER/PERSON. If everyone in line gets a bottle we will allow for additional purchases.
  • Doors will open at 11:00am on Saturday 4/18/2026, samples of barrel #1 will be provided and tickets will be given out.
  • Each ticket will represent one bottle reserved.
  • Cocktail bar will open at 12:15 for those waiting.
  • Bottles will be released at 1:00pm. 
  • Bottles will be sold first come, first served.
  • Bottles cannot be purchased via phone, online or preorder.
  • Neat Pours of Birobur™ 8yo (Latin for Two Oak) Bourbon will be offered at the Spirit House until the last bottle is sold.
