Our celebratory Northern Michigan summer drink has a bit more complexity and a confluence of flavor than you can expect from the French.


The Elk Rapids 45 is is a refreshing, tart, bubbly and bright take on a French 75, with a ¿ twist. It has all the French panache without the pretentiousness. All you need is a beach, a few friends, some ice, your mixology* tool kit and a Northern Michigan sunset.


Cocktail Club Release #2: Elk Rapids 45

Elk Rapids 45- A neoclassical take on a French 75. Winter gin, simple sour mix, and Blanc de Blanc sparkling n/a wine are combined for a refreshing and effervescent take on a classic cocktail. Pairs well with dinner parties, a refreshing boat ride or a dock sunset - is the perfect Northern Michigan summer libation.

2025 Cocktail Club Pickup Party Details: Pickup Party is an opportunity to learn details and technique about the cocktail that is being released for at home enjoyment, as well as enjoy the release cocktail for $1.00.

  • Spring/Summer Pickup: May 15-18th.
  • Each member will receive an email prior to the release with details and cocktail recipe.
  • $1 Drink is provided at the time of pickup. One drink per/membership.
