An Organoleptic Experience: 7 Courses & Cocktail Pairing
Prepare for an organoleptic experience through Northern Michigan with seven farm-to-table courses, three craft cocktails and a private tasting of three of Ethanolo¿y's award winning and locally sourced spirits.
- Saturday March 7th from 5-8pm
- Dinner includes seven (7) courses of locally sourced, artisanal plates prepared by chef Loghan from Planted Cuisine.
- Three (3) molecularly unique craft cocktails from Ethanolo¿y's creative mixologists.
- Guided immersive and informative tasting of three (3) of Ethanolo¿y's spirits by co-founder Nick Lefebre.
Dinner will take place at Ethanology, 127 Ames St. Elk Rapids, Michigan promptly at 5:00pm and will conclude at approximately 8:00pm.
Ticket Includes 21.8% gratuity and 6% Mi sales tax.
There are no refunds or cancellations for this event as the chef and mixologists will be preparing for the ticked amount.
